Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 working day after receipt of payment if the products is in stock.
Taiwan Customer:
Send via 7-Eleven pick up or Couriers Services
Package usually ship by 7-Eleven Pick up or deliver by Couriers service. In the case that packaging size if bigger than the 7-Eleven pick up allowance, courier service will be apply. Modelshop reserve the right to indicate the carrier company.
Pick-up service
Pick-up service will be available with prior arrangement from our distribution warehouse at B1, No. 186, Sec. 2, Dongxing Rd., Nantun Dist., Taichung City, Taiwan. Please use our online contact form or call us to leave your contact details (Name, E-mail, Mobile Number and Preferred pick-up time) before your purchase.
International Wholesale Customer:
1.Please DO leave us your contact phone number as this is required by shipping company.
2. Parcel normally deliver via DHL Express service.
The target delivery working days shown are based on the best estimate of DHL Express, which varies by seasons and unforeseen circumstances.
General Information for Overseas Customer:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and duties...etc, all these additional charges are borne by the recipient.
Product Return / Refund policy:
International Customers: We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, please choose carefully. However, if the products are faulty, We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If the product was delivered incorrectly, i.e., not the goods ordered, it could be return to us and a replacement will be issued. If the product was delivered damaged, Customer must notify us with an e-mail within three days of receipt of the product. The notification includes the invoice number, your name, address, and brief description of the damage and/or relevant details.
